• We will be operating on our normal business hours.
  • We can allow 148 members in the facility at a time, with a visit time limit of 90 minutes.
  • Upon entering the facility you will be required to sanitize or wash your hands before completing a health questionnaire.
  • We encourage members to wear a face mask while in the facility.
  • Each group exercise class will have its own participant limit based on the class format.
  • Our water bottle fill-up stations are available but water fountains are still not to be used, this is a precaution to protect our members and staff.
  • We are accepting all Nationwide and local Y members.
  • We will be operating our childcare programs following Governor Lee’s Tennessee Pledge guidelines.
